Teen Group: We will be doing ongoing projects every month. I will post dates and items we are in need of here on his blog. (This blog is just in need of updating.)
Project items we are in need of: (You do not need to donate items to be a part of our group!)

We will be collecting New Pillows for the Dove Center. Domestic Violence and Rape recovery center. They will come and meet with us once we collect them and talk to us for 30 minutes. My idea is our group will have a P.J party to celebrate this project. The facilty gives the clients new pillows when they come in the center.
The Dixie Care and Share is getting back to me and I will update project as soon as I know.
Homeless Ziplock bags: We will be assembling bags for homeless. I will be talking to the goup on Friday about this.
We will be in need of families in our area we can help. Such as cleaning, caring for their kids, service of some sort? Please share your resources with me.
I would like about 10-15 teens in our group.
We will be making Fleece blankets for Primary Children's hospital. Bring any fleece if you have any.
We will be making bags out of plastic bags for a lady who takes them to Africa every year. I do not know how to make them yet. Save your grocery bags. :)
Those are just a few things Oh, and Our Elderly in Our area, we will be visiting them soon! I have to make a phone call. We can take baked goods, talk with them, play cards, paint nails and I think it will be on a Saturday.
Make note that we all have busy lives and cant do it all alone but together I think we will do great things! If we provide opportunity for our teens to serve it will fill them with love and Joy! You can help as little or as much as you choose. I will always let you know whats on the Calendar every week. If you can help, great and if not, no problem! I am great at texting as well.
