Our minds simple have lots of power and I just had to do mind over matter yesterday:)
Why? Well, My sisters, Mom and I are doing couch to 5K. So, all 6 of us plan on starting it after Thanksgiving. I simply hate to run but I know it is really good for me overall. So, I ran 6 miles yesterday:)
I use to do that that 3 times a week but that was like a year ago.
Now, I do think running is bad on my joints. I don't know but I will do whatever my sisters are doing:) Maybe?
Any advice on that? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?

If you ran 6 miles yesterday, then couch to 5K is not really for you - you're already there!

6 miles?? No wonder you are sick!! Haha, JK! My suggestion would be to have plenty of good music to listen to while you run! Hope you are feeling better! Love you! <3
Hey cutie! Though I'd drop by and say HI! You go girl on that running. 6 miles- you need to do like a 1/2 marathon. I can barely run up my stairs!! So do some running for me too. I miss you tons. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
