So, in church we were challenged to go outside our comfort zone and find
a "new" way to serve. So 4 areas I am working on are Family, Ward, (church)
Community, and world. So, I volunteered at the Shade Tree. This is a safe
place for woman and children who are involved w/domestic violence.
It's cool there is a place they can go and stay up to 2 yrs free. Anyhow I will be
going once a week for 2 hrs. While I was there I fought and choked back my
tears! I realized all these woman are just like you and me! And the children are
just like yours and mine! I love when I feel christ love! He loves us all the same.
What an example he is to me:)

If you read this I pass this challenge to you. Find a "new" way to serve and go out of
your comfort zone or normal ways of service.

The BIGGEST Pancake

This is a Snickers Pancake! Frank found this place and so we didn't tell the kids the food was so BIG! And....
They were like o-wow when their food came:) They had no idea what they were about to see!
They all liked it! Kinda Fun BIG food! It was silly how big the Pancakes were and we want a big pan so we can make them.
Next time Alaina and I aren't having salad or a hamburger! We plan on going back again:)

Munchkins first concert

This was our first music concert we went to.
Our Uncle Keith's Band was playing friday night
and so we all went! Keith is my sister Autumn's
husband.

Keith is the one to the left! You rock Keith.
Yes, I must say Brain we do like your singing.
I have two favorites. Autumn can tell you
them because I forgot the names...oops! Anyhow
Keith please don't forget about us when you
become An even Bigger Rock Star! We had fun
watching you. Very entertaining and fun.

Of course after his Uncle's Band played he
made his way up on stage. That's our Andrew
for you:)Huh- Go Andrew -Go Andrew-

Grandpa took us for a ride! Yes, he did!
If you look on my Mom's blog you will see
that he also got me to ride in it:) And he
did get me to drive it too! You see this was
funny to him because when I was younger
he took me motorcycle riding and lets just say
I put the gas on full blast and went! Very lucky
I did not run into anything and not sure how I
stopped! I kinda just took off, gassed it and
froze? Many years later we find it amusing but
then we didn't!

We are lucky for all the fun we have when we
visit our grandparents:) We went to the movies
as well. The older one's saw Mad Money with
Grandma & grandpa and the 2 younger one's
saw Alvin and the Chipmunks with April.
Both were good movies! Overall we had a good
weekend except Alaina and April were sick:(
and then Andrew felt sick on Sunday! When
we got home Frank was a little bummed that
Green Bay did not make it to the Super Bowl!
I like Super Bowl because I seem to like the
end of things..The final event:) Last year the
Munchkin's can tell you just how mad I was
when Da Bears lost! Yes, we say Da Bears!
It was a good game and one of the few I watched!
I get to mad at the T.V. Just like my grandma. My
Mom's Mom is the same way.

Chuck E. Cheese

So, the best part of the night for me was the salad
and the chit-chatting!! It was fun to visit and I am
thankful for my friends! We do actually take better
pictures but hey it was the end of the night and
we missed the chance to take it w/Chuck E.
We could not stop talking and then Chuck E. was
done for the night! Fun all around for everyone!

Skating

We had no school today.

So, Alaina got her hair cut and
then we went skating!

Andrew brought Brandon. He is his buddy.
They are a ton of fun together...Can you tell
by the pictures? Really they always have fun.

Pizza was not enough! We got T.C.B.Y. on the way home!

Saturday we went to lunch at with Kristen.
Then we went to her house. She was
Alaina's teacher last year! Alaina was so happy
that day. She loves her alot and so do we.

Ok-9 A.M. is our new church time........
We were actually early...O.K. I'm just saying!

We watched a church movie a little bit after
getting home from church and guess who fell
asleep...ME, Aubreana, & Andrew.

Not Alaina...Happy as can be:)

Hair and stuff...

Aubreana and I got our hair done 2day! Her hair is very cute!! Even better in person!! We met Miss Roselli there. She has alot of hair! It was a fun but a long hair day:) Frank, Andrew & Alaina went to Chili's for lunch. They also got some matching hats at a football or Baseball shop. They had a fun day too-Can u tell by the pic? Lucky Daddy:) Happy Birthday Aunt Angie!! We love you.
